Sadie, Sadie Funny Lady
Chipmunk face!
Looking out of the house on their houses:)

Sadie with her 'cousin Dave' and Loni
I wish I could remember all of the funny things this jabberbox has said recently or that she has done. I will do my best to recap some of the moments....
-at a birthday party yesterday this fearless girl was having a blast with the giant bounce house and slide by propelling herself forward off the slide into a somersault down to the bottom. She loved eating the 'cotton and candy'
-everytime she talks about or sees our dear friend, Dave Henderson she gets so excited about 'my cousin Dave!'
-when Sadie first see Asher after their naps or in the morning she greets him with a 'Hey Big Boy!' in cute little voice then will proceed to smoosh his cheeks:)
-I picked her up from our friends house after they watched the kids for an evening and we were talking about what she ate on our drive home. She told me that she really liked eating puffs and that they are noisy. A few moments later I asked her if she ate any hotdogs. She just says 'hot dogs are quiet.' It took me a second to figure out she was talking about chewing them as in her head she must have been comparing 'crunchy puffs, and soft chewy hot dogs!'
-Before Noah and Vincent left our house last Friday Rose and I were talking when we noticed Sadie chasing Vincent around. I thought I knew what she was doing when sure enough she says 'I want to kiss you' and he is just walking away from her with his hands over his ears b/c he doesn't want to hear her say that or a kiss! She persisted for about 2 minutes and ended up with a nice hug:)
-Around Easter she really got into the story of Jesus on the cross and has had a lot of questions that take some dumbing on down for a 3 year old. We got a little Easter Story coloring book and she kept looking at the picture of Jesus on the cross and talking about his daddy making him feel better and fixing his boo boos. One day she put some Easter egg stickers over his hand and feet and told us they were His bandages! So, Easter morning comes around and she says 'I'm going to see Jesus at church!" (think like the Easter Bunny) This past Sunday we are driving to church and she announces that 'Jesus wasn't at church last week' in a disappointed tone. Of course we explained He was there just not in person, but that she can meet Him in Heaven!
-She is just like her mama and has a good sense of direction. She could probably get to Target, Chick-fil-a, church, and the Y from our house:)
-Whenever we talk about specific animals or insects and I ask her a question about it, she will tell me she needs to 'check her field journal'. -I love this little squirt SO much and can't wait to see the great things God has in store for her spunky self:)
*I will do an Asher only post sometime this month:)
